E.L.O 2 is the second album by The Electric Light Orchestra, released in 1973. The tracks are longer than standard rock songs, and feature multi-layered orchestral instruments that create a dense, complex sound which showcases Jeff Lynne's talent as album producer.
It contains the song Roll Over Beethoven which became one of ELO's signature songs and was used to close all of their concerts. The single also went on to become their second consecutive top 10 hit. E.L.O 2 comes on 180g vinyl in a gatefold sleeve, and Includes a download code for the album.
