Two early Ornette Coleman albums in one package for a special price. The Shape of Jazz to Come is Coleman's third album, originally released on Atlantic Records in 1959. It was his debut on this label, and his first album featuring his working quartet.
Something Else!!!! was Coleman's 1958 debut album. It is unusual in Coleman's output for featuring conventional bebop quintet instrumentation (sax, cornet, piano, bass and drums).
