Steve Hackett has earned the reputation of being one of Britain's finest composers & guitarists. Peter Gabriel invited him to join Genesis in the early 1970s and his involvement led to eight albums with the group (ten if you count the 'Spot the Pigeon' EP & 'Three Sides Live'). Steve's intricate & distinctive playing contributed heavily to their early success, developing an elegance + sophistication, which have become his trademark in the various solo undertakings he has partaken of since parting ways with the Charterhouse lads in 1977.
