The 11 tracks that made the cut on 'Infestation' are Ratt captured in fine form, sounding the best they have since the glory days of 'Out of the Cellar' and 'Invasion of Your Privacy'.
Ratt are one of the true pioneers of the 1980's LA rock revolution that spawned the likes of Motley Crue, Guns & Roses, Poison, Faster Pussycat and Warrant.
Ratt started writing 'Infestation' in January 2009, and by April they had 20 new songs, which they refined with producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette (Chevelle, Alter Bridge). The 11 tracks that made the cut are Ratt captured in fine form, sounding the best they have since the glory days of 'Out of the Cellar' and 'Invasion of Your Privacy'.
With 'Infestation', Ratt have reignited the spark that made them so vital in the 1980's and with original members Stephen Pearcy, Warren DeMartini and Bobby Blotzer joined by new recruits Robbie Crane (Vince Neil band) and Carlos Cavazo (Quiet Riot) Ratt have remerged to fly the rock n roll flag with pride.
