A selection from Schubert's music has to contain some songs. This set includes 'Die schöne Müllerin' sung by Peter Schreier. The unavoidable but still beautiful Trout Quintet is there, just as the Octet and some symphonies (3, 5, 8, 9). To balance this some pieces for solo piano and a Mass (no. 6) are included as well.
