By mid 2004 Daniel had scored some 19 singles and 21 album UK pop chart successes. To date he's had 17 entries in these national charts and three of them - Follow Your Dream, A Date With Daniel and his latest release Songs Of Faith - have hit the No.1 spot while two others have just missed out, resting at #2. None of his releases have failed to secure Top 10 positions, and the majority were Top 5. Very few, if any, contemporary pop act can match up to that success and clearly proves his incredible, lasting appeal irrespective of trends, musical genres or audience barriers.

With sales ever increasing, Daniel O'Donnell has now surpassed sales of 5 million albums and 1.5 million videos, incredible figures for a music that the cynics had more than once labelled as 'unfashionable'.
Such success not only speaks volumes for this Irishman's particular brand of music, but also for that vast, generally ignored, audience not keen on listening to the nation's latest pop discoveries. Such audiences have supported his annual UK tour.

In recent years Daniel O'Donnell's life has been packed full of accolades. The dawning of 2002 gave Daniel genuine acknowledgement of his achievements. Recognised for his "services to the music industry", he was awarded an Honorary MBE in the Queen's New Year's Honours list.
